I'm Chelsea, the founder of Fika Florals, UK Wedding Florist. After working in the fashion industry dealing with spreadsheets and numbers I craved getting back to what I love, which was design. I took the career plunge and trained to be a florist, and Fika Florals was founded in 2019. Pulling from my Swedish ancestry Fika is an important part of Swedish culture based upon gathering with family & friends to take a moment to catch up, slow down and be in the moment.
I wanted to channel this celebration of heritage, appreciation of life, & coming together in what I do within floristry as flowers are a symbol of good news, of love, & of a life well-lived.
