Spring marks the beginning of wedding season, and we were thrilled to start it with Jen and Nick's Spring wedding.
I first met Jen & Nick over a year ago at a wedding showcase at The Mitre Hotel. From our first initial chat Jen already had a strong vision for her wedding. The key theme for Jen's vision was to bring the outside in!
Jen and Nick exchanged vows at St. Peters Church in Hersham. Upon entering the church, I was amazed by its intricate features and stained glass. For the ceremony, we designed two prominent urn arrangements to frame Jen and Nick at the altar's front. To truly emphasize Jen's theme, it was crucial that the urns were lush and featured statement foliage to achieve considerable height.

The color scheme for J&N's wedding features blush, ivory, and white. To further tie in the blush, Jen's bridesmaids wore full-length dresses in blush. Jen had four bridesmaids, so she decided on two mixed bouquets and two posies. For the reception the bouquets were placed into vases and spread around the venue to further decorate areas.

For the florals in the bridal bouquet we sourced fragrant garden roses, campanula which are bell shaped flowers (a perfect nod to those church bells), butterfly ranunculus to give the bouquet that delicate touch, alliums (the perfect Spring flower), spray roses, and hellebores (once again another Spring flower!). To finish off the bouquet we tied the bridal bouquet with an ivory silk trailing ribbon.

Following the church ceremony, J&N hosted their reception at The Mitre Hotel, located across from Hampton Court Palace. We transferred the urn arrangements from the church to the venue to place them behind the top table, enhancing the backdrop for their photos with additional flowers. For the table decorations, we arranged bud vases and grouped them along the table, complemented by ivory and powder pink tapered candles. Here's a glimpse from our camera roll.

Since The Mitre Hotel offers on-site accommodations, the couples and their overnight guests had breakfast the next morning in the Boathouse. We reused the reception flowers in the hotel's bud vases, allowing them to be appreciated the next day!

We were thrilled to be a part of J&N's stunning Spring wedding and to help bring their vision to reality!

And this is definitely your sign to buy that second dress!
